Titre : Runs, but no files generated

I've run the program to convert gedcom to .csv for Excel. The program says it has converted the file, but no .csv files show up in the folder. What am I doing wrong?

could you send me (support@oxy-gen-soft.net) the prefs.ini file. you can found it in the folder where you have installed oxy-gen. thanks for your help
